1. Immunity Booster - Kadha

Ingredients
Fresh grated turmeric
1 tbsp or 2 tbsp
Tulsi leaves
10-15 leaves
Black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnammon powder
1/2 teaspoon
Cloves
4 pieces
Lemon juice
1 tbsp - 2 tbsp
Black Salt
one pinch
Carom Seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Water
4 cups
Ghee, Honey (optional)

Method

Boil all the ingredients with water for 15 - 20 minutes. Strain and serve warm with lemon and honey to taste.

2. Wheat Grass Juice

Ingredients
Wheat grass
1 cup
Giloy
1 stick (1/2 cup)
Neem leaves
5-10 leaves
(Karela) Bitter gourd
1-2 piece
Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
5-10 leaves
Turmeric grated
1/2 tablespoon
Aleovera
1/2 tablespoon
Aswangandha
1/2 tablespoon
1 glass water

Method

Blend all ingredients adding a glass of water. Strain and Consume immediately.

3. Detox Water

Ingredients
Water
1 glass
Lemon
4-5 slices
Mint leaves
2-3 springs of mint
Cucumber
4 slices with skin
Chia seeds
1 teaspoon
Fresh Ginger
3 slices

Method

In a large glass, add water, lemon slices, ginger, cucumber slices, mint leaves, Chia seeds. Give the mixture a good stir and drink.

4. Spinach Sprouts Paratha

25gm
Green Chillies

Ginger Garlic Paste

Method

  • Grind boiled spinach and beetroot, and make a paste.
  • Grind sprout, Make ginger garlic paste.
  • Take a bowl add spinach beetroot paste, Multigrain Atta, by adding water knead the dough.
  • Chop all vegetables, green chilies.
  • Heat the pan, put some oil, add ginger garlic paste, onion, boiled potato carrot. capsicum, sprouts, paneer, green chilies, salt and saute it.
  • Take a small dough, add some stuff and make paratha.
  • Serve hot with curd and green chutney.

5. Ragi Oats Chilla

Ingredients
Ragi Flour
1 cup
Oats
0.5 cup
Rice Flour
0.5 cup
Curd
0.25 cup
Salt
0.5 tsp
Green Chillies
2 piece
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp
Oil
2 tbsp
Ragi Oats Chilla

Method

  • Take a bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, oats, curd, green chilies salt, coriander, ginger-garlic paste.
  • Make a thin batter by adding water and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat the pan, add some oil, put the batter on the pan, and make round chilla.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.

6. Stuffed Laddo

Ingredients
Rajma
30gm
Oats
30gm
Moong sprout
30gm
Chana Dal
30gm
Milk
1 cup
Ghee
2 tbsp
Sugar
2 tbsp

For Stuffing

Walnut
Half of One
Almond
4 piece
Jaggery
10gm
Coconut Powder
1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp
Stuffed_Laddo

Method

  • Roast oats, sesame separately.
  • Grind-soaked Rajma, Moong Sprout Chana dal, and oats.
  • Mix all mixtures in a bowl.
  • Put some ghee in the pan, put all mixtures and cook till brown.
  • Add sugar, milk, Cardamom powder.
  • Crush all stuffing, i.e. Walnut, Almond, Jaggery, Sesame seeds, coconut powder.
  • Make a ball of Ladoo and add stuffing in it.
